Terms and Conditions

Child Policy:

- Age 12 and below are defined as Children.

- A maximum of 2 Adults and 2 children are allowed in staying in a room, aged 4 to 12.

- Complimentary meals for Children aged 3 and below.

- Additional Bed is required for every children sharing room with parents

- 50% discount for children on halfboard lunch or dinner (set menu / buffet)

High Season Surcharge

- High season are July 01st - Aug 31st and December 22nd - January 05th

- High season surcharge of applicable on above period at USD 25 NETT / per room per night

Resrvation and Cancellation

- Reservations are confirmed and secured with 30% advanced deposit from total booking

- Reservations full payment are required 14 days prior to arrival date

- Cancellations > 14 days prior to arrival are not applicable to cancellation fee

- Cancellations 14 days prior to arrival are applicable to 1 room night cancellation fee

- Cancellations < 14 days and >07 dyas prior to arrival are applicable to 50% cancellation fee from total booking amounts

- Cancellations < 07 days prior to arrival and no show are subject to full amount
